Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using Clickable Image Banner & Slider ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Service Description

Clickable Image Banner & Slider is a Shopify application that allows you to create and display clickable image banners with support for images, GIFs, and videos on your online store. The App provides:

• Banner creation and management tools
• Media upload and hosting (images, GIFs, videos)
• Performance analytics (views, clicks, CTR)
• Theme integration via App Blocks
• Responsive design for desktop and mobile devices

Subscription Plans

The App requires an active Pro membership to operate. Shopify hosts all billing and checkout for this app. New customers receive a 7-day Pro trial with full feature access before billing begins.

Subscription fees are billed monthly through Shopify. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation or trial expiry, Pro features will be disabled but your banners will remain accessible in read-only mode.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only upload media content that you own or have rights to use
• Not upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission
• Comply with Shopify's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or abuse the App
• Keep your Shopify store credentials secure

Content Ownership and Rights

You retain full ownership of all media files and content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store your media files on our servers (Cloudflare R2)
• Display your banners on your Shopify storefront
• Process and optimize your media for web delivery

This license terminates when you delete the content or uninstall the App.

Storage Limits and Media Guidelines

Media file uploads are subject to the following limits:

• Maximum file size: 50MB per file
• Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, MP4, WebM
• Active Pro membership (or the 7-day Pro trial) is required for upload and full video support

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines or our policies.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service with 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may experience downtime for:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Infrastructure issues beyond our control
• Security incidents or attacks

We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, sales, or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption (we recommend maintaining backups)
• Third-party service failures (Shopify, Cloudflare, etc.)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy, including banner configuration data, media files, and performance statistics.

Termination and Data Deletion

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. Upon uninstallation:

• All your banners and configuration data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• All uploaded media files will be removed from our storage
• Performance statistics and analytics data will be deleted
• Your subscription will be cancelled automatically

We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent activity.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for Pro Plan subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Pro Plan features, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

Refunds are not available for:

• Renewals after the first billing cycle
• Violation of Terms of Service
• Change of mind after the 7-day period

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App's code
• Use our branding or trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
